Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position supporting K12 students in the Houston, Texas area for the 20252026 school year. What Youll Do

Conduct speech and language assessments in compliance with state and federal standards

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students across grade levels

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
What Youll Need
-
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active or pending Texas SLP license
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply)

Prior school-based experience preferred but not required
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
